LUMA Hotel At Mission Bay

Much like the view surrounding Mission Bay, the LUMA Hotel in San Francisco showcases beauty. For this project, we implemented a terracotta pattern with three colors and three textures established by the architect.

Bone marrow thick aluminum panels were used and some other unique amenities included a canopy panel system and handset terracotta shop drawings. Our project management and field team had to be in unison and coordinate many intricate details to make sure everything was covered, but they met all demands with minimal issues.

The development also featured punched windows and a screen wall for the storefront. This project is shooting for LEED Silver certification and is in walking distance from both Oracle Park and Chase Center.
