Marriott Los Angeles

The Marriott Los Angeles is nestled in the heart of LA Live and is within close proximity to some of the city’s most iconic attractions and landmarks. 

This hospitality job required our team to install hundreds of punched windows into precast panels.

The panels were stored at a manufacturer’s yard before being taken to the job site, where they were placed on the building. These punched windows had a variety of widths and were made to be operable and opened from each hotel room to accommodate guests. 

Another interesting element of this job was the ground floor podium. We installed sliding glass doors with a storefront system to create a beautiful entrance when visitors arrive at the destination. 

Ultimately, the precast system and pre-glazing planned out for the building created an efficient timeline for this beautiful four-star hotel project.
