Shop + Field Apprentices
AGA is a union company. For shop and field opportunities please contact hr@aga-ca.com. No experience necessary. Training available for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Project Managers
Project Managers at AGA are involved in every aspect of the project and need to be 100% accountable for the success of the projects. Critical thinking, self-awareness, and strong organizational skills are required. Project Managers are committed to a sustainable structure that will facilitate the profitable and effective management of projects, the personal accountability of individuals managing the projects, and the development of its staff to enable continued, profitable, and effective project management.
Technical Specialists
Technical specialists at AGA are a key part of our sales and estimating team. Working closely with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal AGA teams — our technical specialists analyze bid requirements for a complete understanding of the project in order to provide detailed estimates. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing information to coordinate timelines, scopes, bid documentation, and presenting finalized proposals to partners and clients.
